I subscribed to Humva’s Pro Plan, but I can’t generate any videos. When Humva first hit ProductHunt, it was an amazing app. Now? It’s gone downhill fast.
The biggest issue? Errors galore. It’s riddled with bugs. You create an avatar, but it just stays on generating forever.
I started generating a video at 9 AM and by 6 PM, it was still not done. Imagine that! If this happened on a free plan, I’d understand. But I’m paying for the Pro Plan!
I get that high-demand services can have issues, but this is unacceptable. I’m not saying the product should disappear; I actually look forward to its future.
If Humva becomes a top app in the industry, I’d be thrilled as a customer. But right now? I can’t recommend it to friends.
Humva’s team needs to fix these problems ASAP. It’s disappointing when you waste a Saturday trying out a service and end up with nothing to show for it.
Maybe I’ll stick with HeyGen for now.
